Collaboration and project management tools used in a particular project are tailored to the specific needs of the client and vary from industry recognized Microsoft Project Server and Microsoft Share Point Portal, to custom Spinnaker Project Office infrastructure.
Quality Assurance & Testing: Spinnaker’s development process includes strong quality assurance program thorough documented steps and procedures in our development process. Testing process is implemented through complete project lifecycle, including unit, integration, system and acceptance tests, documented and tracked with standard tools and techniques. All those activities follow well-known CMM-SW and ISO 9000:2000 principles.
Process Improvement: Software Engineering Center implements continual Software Process Improvement program on organization level based on ISO 15504 (SPICE) principles, through software process improvement projects. That provides sustained quality of future project implementation. Because of this process, Spinnaker is able to effectively manage the complexity of development projects.
Support: Support of implemented project follows ITIL and MOF (Microsoft Operational Framework) principles, including controlled and documented incident management, problem resolution and change management process.
In accordance with the best practice of Object Oriented Development, the experts of our Software Engineering Centre, are using Design and Implementation Patterns and the best practice guidelines in order to implement the appropriate technologies (Microsoft .NET Framework, Microsoft Office Development, J2EE, IBM WebSphere, etc.), allowing for positioning of appropriate technology in accordance to specific client requirements (needs, quality, budget, time).
